Richa Balaclava Silk - Black

Well made, strong and seamless, but….
If like me, you’ve got a head that’s like the size of a water melon and wear glasses, then this (or in fact most) under helmet balaclavas might not be for you.
To be fair to Richa, it’s well made, stretchy, light and seamless for comfort and may be suitable for people with a smaller head.
However, the biggest issue for me is that the opening doesn’t really work well with my glasses.
Putting specs on under a helmet is a faff in the first place and comfort and misting quickly becomes a problem.
I’ve struggled with other brands with the same problems, so it’d be nice if someone could perhaps design one with glasses wearers in mind.
Also I feel the neck could do with being a couple or three inches longer. In cooler weather, a neck tube was also needed.
I’m a biggish bloke with a fat head and specks though, so it may be ok for you.
It’s relatively inexpensive, so if it doesn’t end up being suitable for you, then you’ve not exactly broke the bank.
If it was more stretchy for my big head, I didn’t wear goggles and the neck was longer, then I’d probably give a good 4 1/2 stars.
