Yes, this is a bike cover, and yes it seems waterproof. However, I'd not rate it as "quality". Nowhere near the quality of my old Moterex one.
The material feels very thin, plasticy, and somewhat fragile.
It would benefit from some sort of indication of front and rear to help when wrestling to put it on.
Sizing was ok at large for a fz8 fazer, and the reflective silver base (not actually on the one shown on the website), is useful when used outdoors.
Although this may seem a negative review, the cover works fine for my intended use, and you have to put it in the context of only costing under £20.

So far so good, got it for my z 1000, size L, used the holes to tie it to my wheels and buckle underneath,does blow up with the wind which is scary but it's not gone anywhere, expecting strong winds tonight, hopefully it will be ok.

After getting a new bike and a delay in a new garage I bought this for a short term solution. Despite being billed as water resistant it performed well in the worst weather. I didn’t expect to use it again but it’s soft and packs away well so I have been covering my bike in the garage with no condensation issues

I was very surprised at how well made this cover is due to the low cost,it fits my enduro bike perfectly and is kept in place by the elasticated bottom and strap, it’s easy to fit and remove due to its lightweight and keeps the bike dry.

This does the job and is great value but it is not all black as per the image, the bottom 20% is silver. Honestly if you are leaving your bike outside you generally want it to be inconspicuous, black is better, the silver looks good but stands out a lot. I do like it, one thing that would be nice is if the strap to clip it together under the bike (stop it blowing off) was longer. This would help secure it. Suppose I can add my own additional length to help throw it under the bike to the other side.
