Alpinestars RT-8 Gore Tex Boots - Black / Blue

Bought for my commute as needed waterproof and reliable boots. Haven't let me down... Very comfortable and great fitting. Saw me through some nasty rain and foggy mornings with my feet staying warm and dry. Lightweight and comfy off the bike too. Slightly higher in the toe section so had to adjust my shifting but that's the case with most boots out there. Very happy with my purchase... Went for size up, usually UK size 10, went for EU 45.

The Alpinestars RT-8 are top quality boots. The fit and comfort are perfect and what aides this is not only the side zip and the velcro strap but also the internal lace adjuster that greatly improves the overall fit and retention. One of the man reasons I opted for these boots is their textile material as I find with hard leather boots it is hard to have that tactile feel when feeling for gear shift lever. With these you still have that tactile feel but your feet also feel well protected aswell.
I have also used them in heavy rain and the full Gore-Tex membrane will definitely keep your feet dry. I did buy these boots while they were on sale for £200 which made them a great bargain. Would I pay full price for these? Absolutely yes

Bought these as had to replace an older pair giving up the ghost eventually after years of use. Vastly improved, has a fantastic sole, fitment and comfort lining. Worn these in the frosty winter and held up really well with having just a quick damp wipe over to keep clean and salt free. Well worth the money.

I ve had these boots a couple of weeks now. They took a few days to bed in and now they are a perfect fit. They are so comfortable and light and when walking in them they feel very much like a normal pair of walking boots but have such substantial reinforcement built in. It s only rained once since I ve had them but as you would expect they kept my feet 100% dry. So far a very comfortable ride.

I don t have a bad word to say about these boots. Worth every bit of the money paid.
