Lovely fit and very comfortable and you can tell they are good quality. Battery compartment discreet and on/off buttons easy to use. Looking forward to warm hands on a winter ride. Have only tried them out at home but boy are they hot on high setting. Purchased these instead of having heated grips fitted.
Heat up really quickly and keep all fingers toasty. Packaging also says they have a waterproof membrane, but I have yet to see if they truly keep the rain out.
The heating elements, fleecy lining and waterproof membrane all adds up to these being quite bulky when worn, but they are very comfortable and give good feelings on the bars and levers. Hitting the right buttons on the handlebar switchgear can be hit and miss with these on. Only real complaint is that the cuff is quite small, making it problematic to tuck the jacket sleeves in, especially with the battery fitted in the cuff pocket. This aside, would 100% recommend, and I've always had good gear from Merlin.

A well made glove and good value. The heating is not really noticeable but my hands are certainly warmer than a non heated winter glove. Even though I bought the largest size they are a bit struggle to get on as the wrist section is quite tight though perfectly comfortable when they are on. One anomally is that the leads to the batteries have angled connectors which make it impossible for them to fit neatly in the pouches and close the velcro. This is annoying so I did buy a couple of 1.3/ 3.5 mm straight dc connectors and soldered them on in place of the originals.
