Rukka D3O XTR Back Protector

Bought to replace the Lv1 protector which came with my Kemi jacket. Much more substantial than the Lv1 and hardly noticeable in use. Would recommend.

Great fit in the RUKKA jacket, feels very sturdy and protective, but very comfortable as well, especially when it warms up and becomes a bit more subtle.

Brought this 4 my BMW Motorad Rally GTX jacket it fits slightly shorter than the original bulky foam one which sticks in the neck as it rises up .
This replacement was a really nice fit also the mesh will let your back ventilate a lot better in the summer heat

This is a must for all rukka suits, I don’t even know it’s there unlike other makes

I bought this in medium size, which matches a Euro size 56 jacket according to the table on SBS website. When it arrived though, the packaging showed that medium fits jackets up to 54. Jackets 56 and over should have the large protector.

No problem though, a quick trip to SBS Reading and they swapped it for me on the spot.

Apart from the size issue this is a massive back protector from the top brand in the business, so I fully expect it to provide good protection should I ever need it.

Pricey product but worth the money especially with the black Friday discount. Excellent product just as described, purchased to put in my Rukka jacket, top quality arrived next day by DPD within the 1hr delivery window communicated.

Needed this for my textile jacket as going on tour. Excellent - fits well into jacket & has a Velcro tab to hold it in place. Best thing - it hasn't made my jacket too heavy which was a concern as will be travelling in hot weather. Great service from SBS as always

Bought to fit my Rukka Kalix jacket. Feel confident in the D30 to offer me protection if I have a spill. Not intrusive whilst fitted in the jacket yet still reassuring about the quality of the build.

Ordered size Medium for Rukka Kalix 2 jacket (size L). It fits perfectly in the jacket pocket as it is really flexible and seems well made. The jacket came with shoulder and elbow protectors but no back protector. Gives you a bit more confidence. Arrived with jacket really quickly, excellent service from sportsbikeshop.

Got this last week and been waiting for some rain to try it out in my new Kalix 2.0 jacket. Good old England ya don't have to wait long. 11th Oct. 15 degrees, light rain for an hour. All good and didn't notice it in. Did make my back sweat a bit (just had a cotton t shirt on). For 60 odd quid it's a no brainer . The sizing - site says it comes in 3 sizes and M not in stock. I've checked the packaging and it says it comes in M 44-54 and L 56-66 (for men) S 32-44 and M 46-50 (for ladies) I assumed it's for the euro jacket sizing. I got the Large 56-66 and fits the 2xl Kalix a treat. Hope this helps.
