Oxford Spartan Air Textile Jacket - Grey / Black

I bought this on the arse end of the hot weather we had,after reading reviews and so fourth, decided to buy it,honestly should have bought this along time ago.
It keeps you pretty cool which is great,the colour ,yeah it's OK but it goes well.ths pockets for me seem alittle further back then normal,bit weird to explain but tthen thay do the job,the sizing seems to be bigger then normal I got a medium and feels bigger so check the size,honestly for the price you really want grumble,as always spot on service from sportsbikeshop

Only one gripe... Arm armour pockets need a flap, I keep catching my thumb in it when putting jacket on

Perfect for the warmer weather, fits well and very comfortable.

Sadly I didn't buy this until quite late into the summer, because it's a great piece of kit for the warm weather. For the price, it seems really well made, looks good, fits well, and it's very comfortable to wear. It provides loads of ventilation in hot weather ands is lightweight enough to slip a waterproof over if it rains. It doesn't come with back armour as standard, but I didn't expect it at this price point (and the optional back armour is a relatively cheap addition). Really pleased with this jacket. I just wish I'd bought it at the beginning of the summer.

Basic but good hot weather jacket. Comfortable to wear plus has the benefit of shoulder/elbow protection. Pockets are useable and secured. Overall a good jacket for the price.

Absolutely love this jacket makes warm weather riding pleasurable, only wish I’d had one sooner.

The jacket is great in the summer, and does let good levels of air to flow through.
It's worth noting however that adding a back protector (even a D3O one which is fairly breatable), does limit the airflow somewhat. Still much nicer to ride in during the hotter days than other jackets.

I did however find that although the sizing is a bit short by the nature of the jacket, it fit snuggly for my usual size. However once adding in a back protector and sitting on the bike, it became very snug. I ordered a size up instead and this was much better,

Jacket seems well made, and does let a good amount of air through. Adjustable arms etc is nice too.

I'm usually a medium and on receipt it fitted fairly snug, but once fitting a back protector and sitting on the bike it became too tight. Ordered next size up and seems much better.

Really nice jacket, added a level 2 Oxford back protector that slotted straight into the pocket. A must have for warmer months. great fit, usual superb Oxford quality for the price point.
