Advice & Guides You'd be surprised how many riders wear a helmet that's too big for them. Here's how to tell if a lid really fits you...

I was looking for a helmet that had an open face option and flip down sun visor too.
Liked the aggressive fighter pilot/drag racing style with a retro touch. the gloss black finish, and the forehead air vents look rather like the old peak fastener studs.
The gunmetal and the matt green finish options look way cool too.
It is rated for wear as a closed and open face helmet, which is unusual in this price range.
Like the way the chin bar folds all the way back and locks. single, big push switch under the front for catch release is easy to operate with gloves.
Gill like vent slits behind the ears give a venturi effect that ensures plenty of ventilation, and in fact, ventilation is one of this helmets strong points.
Any complaints? would be nice to shut down some of that ventilation now it's getting colder!
Not the quietest helmet in the world.
The back of the chin bar is a bit plain, un padded and looks a little un exciting, but I guess gives the clearance for it to remain snug to the helmet whilst tilting up and over the back.
Love the faux suede interior and removable, washable padding. plenty of room in the ear compartments and removable padding to insert coms.
The faux leather padding around the back of the neck is a nice retro touch and very supportive.
Looks cool in open face with the visors down and a snood too.
Rub a little dish soap on the inside of the visors to avoid fogging on these cold mornings.
I'm well pleased.
