V2 Sponge Visor Cleaner Kit

I saw this in reviewed in Ride magazine, and as I was ordering other items from SBS I stuck it in my basket.
If I had shoplifted this I would have handed myself into the Police.
What a complete waste of money!
The sponge is tiny, it lasted about 5 uses before it fell apart. The polishing cloth is a tissue type thing. Honestly, it s laughably bad.
If you are considering buying one DON T DO IT! Send me your bank details and I ll send you the money!

I wouldn’t bother, as only suitable for outer visor (will destroy your pinlock if used inside).

A damp microfibre cloth will do the same job and let you wipe the entire helmet

It’s brilliant. Simple as that. I couldn’t believe what looks like a simple sponge could be so different/good. It cleans your visor and your helmet and my visors look like new. No swirls. No streaks. It’s truly amazing.

After investing in a Arai RX7v I wanted something to safely clean the visor.
Followed the instructions, my visor was new (50 miles) and had a couple of fly strikes.
The Arai has the visor vents which were closed but brushing over with the sponge has already tore into it. I know you want soft but this is poor.
I bought 2 kits as I am off to the Isle of man, If I had tried just 1 I would not of bought another.

This product does a great job and works exactly as intended. My only criticism is that the V-shaped design, combined with the tight packaging, means it can easily split or tear when being removed. Better packaging would make an otherwise excellent product much easier to use.

Have used these for many years now and always found them to be good quality and work really well.
When I ordered these I was actually sent the new updated version with the new grab bag which is much smaller than the original. The V Sponge is still excellent quality, however, the smaller bag makes it much harder to get the sponge out, which resulted in me tearing the sponge in half when removing it from the grab bag.

This is my third v sponge. Perfect for cleaning the visor without the worry of marking or scratching. We carry one with us at all times as it is small enough to fit in a pocket.

It's very effective at removing flies when out on the road, meaning i don't need to find somewhere with paoer towels etc. Small enough to fit in my inside pocket. I run t under the tap when I get home, squeeze most of the water back out and put it back in the bag ready to go

Suprisingly this works rather well, smear free and does not scratch the visor
It is however only intended for the external face of the visor so some other means required for that

It's the time of year when muck and grime quickly covers a visor so having something with you to clean the visor is essential. I've tried loads of different cleaners but this little sponge is absolutely amazing. It really cleans the visor quickly and without chemicals leaving no smears like a lot of sprays do. It's nothing like a normal sponge I compared it to one I took out with me - the V sponge is a different league. Absolutely worth buying and a bargain too. Easy to carry effortlessly to use and really does work.

I've been using these V2 sponges for years and they r great. Clean the visor even when very dirty. Easy to fit packet in jeans/jacket pocket and last for a long time.

Carry one of these in my jacket. Good at removing fly squash.
