I brought this after realising it is an optional extra with the Alpine star jacket I bought
Fits nicely in jacket and when out riding it is very comfortable and you don't get hot and sweaty with it

It feels well made and gives me that peace of mind fits well into alpinestars jacket.

As the title, when this warms up (which doesn't take long) it moves and moulds to you. The old armour was so thin and light you never felt it after 5 min, this becomes part of you.

Was considering between the short and long and the short is more than enough for street riding.

SBS fantastic ordering me in the right size and making sure it fits. Which was a size medium (I am 5'10") for a size 54 Atem Jacket.

Bought to compliment a TechAir3. Like for like size (medium vest and medium back protector). Could probably fit a large back protector in, as there is a Velcro tab to accommodate longer items. Soft enough to be comfortable. Hope I never need it.

Perfect size for medium sized jacket

I bought this to upgrade an Alpinestars Ketchum jacket I bought a couple of years back that doesn't come as standard with any back protection. The medium size protector fits my large jacket (eu 52) perfectly. Hopefully I wont need it but is better to have it than not.

Item arrived really quickly. I'd bought an Alpine Stars hoodie that included basic protection but I wanted to upgrade so after a lot of research went for the nucleon plasma and am very happy. My hoodie is a ladies large and I bought the medium protector which fits perfectly. Only used on a ride once but it felt great, not big & bulky at all.

I have used the Nucleon protection system for some years now both road and racing, so has been well tested with proven protection and comfort without being to bulky. Treated myself to a new alpinestars jacket and got the new necleon plasma back protector to slot in the pocket, fits perfectly as expected, bearly noticeable, and when wearing the jacket I can't tell its there, it now lives in my jacket and I have peace of mind that I have the additional protection.
