I ride in all weathers and need some good quality base layers as part of a layering system to keep my warm on my bike. This base layer is perfect, especially when matched the Oxford base layer top.

Putting them both on, I felt very comfortable and knew I would have no issues on long rides. It is flexible in all the right ways and not constricting. The material is comfortable and really helped keep me warm on a recent ride.

Very well made. I ordered XL being a 38" waist but this was a bit too tight for comfort, especially getting my large calf muscles in, so gave these to the wife and ordering next size up. Best to think a size up on what you'd normally order I think' especially if you have chunky calfs like me, but quality is great.

Standard thermal base layer.
they are light and do not restrict movement.
not the highest thermal value but the difference when wearing them is noticeable.
A strange coincidence is that they seem to be the same material and are the same pattern as an old thermal cycling base layer I have from Wiggle.
Not that that matters.

Wanted a base layer for hotter days to wear under textile trousers - these are superb in keeping you cool and dry.
I’m a standard size 34/36 waist but bought the largest 2XL/3XL size and even they are tight, so definitely size-up.
Worked so well, buying another pair.

Wish they did a bigger size. However, the XXL/ XXXL did manage to contain me. They did what they were supposed to in wicking away perspiration and keeping me on the hot side of comfy. Will continue to use them as my weight loss kicks in and my 42 waist shrinks to a slender 36 . I'm sure they will be more comfortable.

I bought some cheaper ones last year from Decathlon. I must say they are nowhere near the quality of these, and these kept me warm on a March ride out. Great quality, great product. I'm 5ft 9 medium build and had to buy the Large for anybody questioning what size to get. They are a super snug fit.
