This jacket is awesome. Knox have outdone themselves.
I got knocked off a few years ago & was looking for good protection that wouldn't mean I had to get oversize jackets to accommodate the usual back protection or pay lots to get an "inflation waistcoat"
I already have one of their race back protectors that's straps on in the usual way, even though slim still ends up being bulky under your jacket, tightens your jacket making riding uncomfortable.
Let's face it ladies there's not much out there protection wise that is made to fit us apart from stick on bits.
This pro shirt is like a second skin. Very deceptive, the armour molds to your body shape not like traditional back pads but is still a good thickness for protection. Give it a good whack though & it goes solid, the tech behind it is so clever. Bit like a black panther suit absorbing the energy.
I love the fact that due to the tensile strength of the fabric on hot days this can be worn on its own
I'm a size 12-14, got the 14 & it's perfect, the fabric stretches so you can still wear layers underneath.
I've taken all the armour out of my main jacket, so much more comfortable & looks good.
Definitely worth every penny.

In the Action Pro shirt, abrasion resistance comes in a package that is lightweight and breathable while being cut for the female form. Athleisure aesthetic and performance wear meet in this shirt to give the wearer optimum protection with optimum comfort. This is thanks to its construction. Being made with sustainable Sorona® Agile, an eco-efficient fibre which is partially made with plant-based polymers from Dupont, this fabric has a subtle piquet texture, yet has high levels of strength, stretch, and stain resistance.
