Give your fingers a treat with the right pair of winter gloves...
As a fairly new rider I don't have much to compare these gloves to. I also purchased these gloves as they do not contain any animal products. I wore these on a recent trip in Scotland and it was pouring with rain. My hands were warm and dry throughout. That being said, I do have hand guards on the bike. I find the gloves comfortable but also a tad bulky and not the grippiest. I can still feel/use the controls although I have found myself knocking on full beam without noticing which didn't happen with my other gloves. I will keep them for cold and wet days but will be looking for a thinner pair of textile gloves for day to day riding.
I thought I'd had forgotten the days of numb fingers when I purchased these gloves
The inner fur liner is great for comfort but that is about it. It has slightly removed the absolute ache of cold tired hands when riding long haul but they still let the cold in. A thermal liner would be of great help in making these gloves fully wind proof.
being small handed the gloves are a tad hard to put on with the fur sometimes getting twisted up inside. stitching the fur liner completely would stop the fur twisting up.
As for waterproofing I haven't rode in very heavy rain yet but with a slight drizzle they work great
Out of 10 I'd give these gloves a 7 with room for improvement. Almost there guys good effort
