Reviews These winter-busting gloves from French brand DXR are relatively cheap, and definitely cheerful

Customers are impressed with the quality and fit of the DXR gloves, finding them warm and comfortable for winter riding. Despite some reports of bulkiness, the gloves are praised for their excellent construction, good leather, and tough knuckle protection. A few customers noted that the cuffs could be longer for better coverage over jackets. Some reviews mention that the gloves are not warm enough for extreme cold without heated grips. Overall, they offer great value, many customers highly recommend them for colder rides.
Bought this when I was on my DAS and fingers about to fall off. Worked very well getting me through course and test with dry and warmish hands.
Sizing awry though. I’m a 10/L all day but needed a M in these, which are a little tight but one assumes will stretch over time. Couldn’t feel indicator on the L.
Nice winter gloves, quality leather, snug fit, true to size. Next day delivery bang on.
I've had gloves from this brand before and find them really comfortable. My last pair fell foul to an accident but protected my hands well. Not tested in the rain yet.
Good quality leather, lined gloves. Fit as described. Toasty and bone dry in the rain.
Really nice gloves. Nothing more to say.
Great value gloves with soft supple leather. Feel thick to start with but this improves with wear. So far waterproof.
Very snug when first arrived now used in some heavy rain and they didn’t disappoint warm dry and very comfortable
Comfortable and warm, you have good levels of feeling on the controls.
Don t know what to say, had them on couple of times only, does not really let the heat go through from grips and does not keep u warm enough not to use them. Most importantly, really really bulky and not waterproof. That sounds about right description
Didn't know if I should buy these gloves but am very pleased I did. Sizing is accurate and these are warm comfortable gloves well worth the price. I do recommend these
These gloves keep my hands nice and warm during colder morning rides to work, and the price is great for the quality gloves they are.
This glove is great until it gets exposed to heavy rain.
It’s comfortable, warm and waterproof. My only criticism is it gets waterlogged and heavy when wet. That said my hands were dry.
Fit great, important for operating switchgear, seem good quality but it's summer so won't know yet how good they are against the cold. Good value however and I'm fitting Oxford heated grips and probably bark buster guards so part of a multi approach to combat Scottish Highlands weather....
Had these for some time and purchased after they received good independent reviews. For the price they are great value. They don't feel bulky for a winter glove and I've found them comfortable on longer rides. They are relatively warm on colder days and are waterproof. They also look to offer good protection for a fall (level 1).
This is my go-to pair for the colder months (I also have RST's Axiom and Ventilator). Being quite thick and leather, they obviously lack the dexterity of thinner/summer gloves. The thumb-visor-wipe is useful. The only downside is the wrist-cuff velcro feels a little "cheap", but still sticks after 3 winters.
