Arai VAS-V Type Max Vision Visor - Road Legal

Great quality, easy to fit , speedy delivery, works just as expected from an Arai product.

Purchased new Arai quantic helmet at the start of this year and now the sun as appear early just needed to reduce the glare. Road legal tint is just right and compliments the look of the helmet, watched on line video prior to removal and fitment to avoid any mishaps. Quality product, fits and performs great. Sportsbikeshop excellent as usual, have been shopping with them for over 12 years now and have never had a bad experience, well done !

I love Arai helmets, but the quality of their plastics is always poor. On the first wearing of this replacement visor the eyebrow air vent popped out. This happened on the original visor too.

Will be sending back to SBS for a replacement.

The tint on the visor is pretty good for 'road legal'

I had no idea how battered my old visor was. Easy to install and paired with the ProtecTINT pinlock is a real upgrade to my helmet. Usual 5* service from SBS.

No surprise, the visor is extremely well made, immaculate and works perfectly - it is an Arai product after all!

Light smoke is road legal and just dark enough to take the glare out of bright sunshine, but not so dark it limits visibility in cloudy/rainy conditions. Probably lighter than an internal sun visor would be on another helmet (GT Air, etc). I also have a clear visor with the transitions (self-darkening) pinlock insert and the shade of this visor is very similar to that.

At the current price at SBS these are excellent value for money.

The tint is so pale that it's hardly different from the supplied clear visor. The quality is excellent, as one expects from Arai. I think the pinlock system is daft - I pushed the lever the wrong way and it now doesn't work.

Bought as a replacement (so clear) to the original and it fits well.

Good product but I had to watch about 5 You tube videos to understand how to fit it. A bit annoying that ARAI changed the fitting from previous model helmet as I had a spare new visor for my previous helmet but they changed the design.

Excellent product as usual from Arai. I've gone light tint this time so hopefully will be enough to block out the sun's glare but won't be using it until next year
