Beeline Moto II - Anniversary Limited Edition

I purchased the Beeline Moto2 for a trip on a 125cc from Lincolnshire to Portsmouth. With it being a 125 the motorways were never going to be an option. Also with limited dash area I need something small. The Beeline fitted the bill (or so I thought). I went for the anniversary edition as it came with a years subscription. Up to this point using it around Lincolnshire the Beeline was faultless. Route plotted for Portsmouth and it chose the A15-A52-A1-A43-B430-A34-A272 as expected. A few back roads and then onto the A27. All was ok ish until it started trying to take some random country lanes off of the A43 around Northampton. Get down to the B430 and it starts telling me to go right on another random back lane. I humoured it but after an hour of back roads I had to intervene. It was telling me my journey was over 2 hours to go. I stopped on an overpass (it was telling me to go another 15 miles on the back lanes) and I was actually above the A34! I cancelled the directions and restarted them and suddenly over 2 hours was reduced to 1hr! Once I finally got to my destination (196 miles that turned into 233 miles) I had a look over the sat nav and turned off traffic . The next day heading home it was much better but it still decided it was going to randomly try and change the route. I tried putting the route in again once home and again it randomly was trying to send me down random back lanes. If I put way points in it goes the route you want but unfortunately it really is a faff to put in 7 plus waypoints to keep you on the roads that provide you with the shortest and fastest route ( the Beeline even confirms this). Even reversing the route in the app causes it to change the route completely and pick a random back road detour and add 10+ miles on unnecessarily. It s a shame as I really wanted to like the Beeline but with nearly 1000 miles using it, it has fallen well short of the mark at any price point. Maybe in the future it will developed more and become more reliable but until then just can t recommend it. I ll keep it for a year while I have the subscription but unless it improves I ll not renew the subscription.

Amazing piece of kit love this does everything it says and looks great.

Great navigation tool for planning and executing a ride. Companion app is good but will do the same as Calimoto and view town roads as "fun and twisty" rides sometimes. Using the device itself is a doddle and really straight forward directions and instructions.

This is a great little piece of kit. Small compact, and easy to use and set up via the app. I have used it a couple of times, with no problems at all.

Great little navigator to link to your phone and the Beeline Moto app, simple to set up and attach, easily removable, graphics, visual cues and sound are well thought out to get you where you want to go. Plan a route with various options or record a route, very happy with the product and Sportsbikeshop service.

A very easy to use motorcycle Sat nav. However a smart phone App is required. The routes are clear and fuss free. I would recommend this for those riders who want fuss free route guidance.

I have used this device from day one and it has worked flawlessly. The minimalist look and functions keep routing safe with less distractions. A highly recommended investment.

Nice looking Satnav, easy to use and got quite a bit extra, disappointed that it doesn't support What3Words . It works great reroutes when I want to go a different way.
Would I buy again? Definitely especially from

I had the first beeline for 3-4 years and that pointing arrow was next to useless at some junctions with it s hesitation on which way to point but the beeline two has sorted all that with its clear junction display it s 100% improvement over first beeline, the road ahead is also clearly displayed, well done beeline

Easy setup, great to switch bikes easily worked well on a recent trip around wales very pleased.

I could not mount anything larger on my classic bike or scooter. This is small and very light and easily mounted. It powers up and is ready in just a couple of seconds.

If you need a small satnav to avoid using your phone , get this !!!
It does everything you need to, very simple to use and it looks good on your bike aswell .

Using this on my 78’ 400/4 F2, as didn’t want to use a larger Garmin XT, as Ido on other machines. Simple and logical to use. Looks neat and tidy. Great battery life and seems pretty accurate. 10/10 from me.
