Everyone raves about how these last forever and are completely waterproof. I'm sure it's true, but I haven't verified that. However, I'm a lazy pr***, and I don't always want a tailpack, so I was looking for something I could whip on or off easily. Once you've connected the straps to the subframe, you can take it on or off at will and the straps it's attatched to won't flap about or anything.

Great bag I also got the fitting kit for my triumph trident 660 as the frame loops that come with the bag stopped my seat locking down properly.
It's now super easy to use and rock solid

I tried a bunch out, starting from cheaper, and they were good. There are many cheaper options, and no need to spend this much. Oxford in particular had some good ones.

But, nothing else reached this level of quality. From material durability, to seam strength, waterproofing, etc. There's a reason they can give a 10 year warranty.

The attachment system is brilliant, and one of the main differentiators for me. Lots of ways to get a secure attachment to the bike, without movement, but still easy to put on and take off.

If you're happy spending this much, buy this one and you won't regret it.

Bought this to replace an Oxford T30R Tail bag that was not going to fit well on my bike tail.
This is 50% more expensive but worth every penny. It's very well made, high quality and waterproof. The fixing points all seem incredibly secure and the material just feels tough.
I have combined with the bike specific anchor point kit from Kriega and it's as solid as can be on the bike. Enough to fit my work laptop and bits in along with some clothing and odds and sods .
Easy to remove from the bike when you have arrived at your destination and doesn't leave any large plates or straps everywhere.

Bought this to complement my 11 years old US-20, as I needed something smaller for leisure day trips and an add on for days when I'm carrying. More stuff for work. This is just perfect and the newer bags are of an even greater quality than the old models, which I did t think was possible… Kriega may be pricey but the value is just second to none.

When I chose the R20 I specifically wanted a rucksack that wasn't overly big - just big enough for a laptop and my lunch. This little pack is ideal for when I need a bit of extra capacity that I can then remove when not needed. It can also be used as a tail pack using the included straps. As a bonus, it is almost as if it was made for the Scott Ergo jacket and trousers - they fit perfectly.
