Oxford Alpha XA14 Alarm Disc Lock

When thee's asleep, what wakes thee apart from your partners snoring? Alarms! Weather it be the annoying beep from your alarm clock, or god forbid your disk lock throwing a wobbly! Hope for thees sake it's the disc lock un not your partner! Motorbikes are more fun than most partners.

This disc lock feels good quality, nicely finished. In the yellow it’s highly visible imo

Great product, not used a disk lock for a few years but after a recent weekend trip I decided not to lug a chain and lock either me with the weight consideration.
The disk lock was the answer and with the added alarm it was even better to pack in my bag.
Easy to lock and unlock plus the lanyard attached to the handle bar as a reminder.

Lock works well. Alarm is not deafening but will draw attention when bike is moved.
I use two (front & rear) and alarm sensitivity varies on each item.
That said, I'd rather the audible alarm than not however it can be disabled.

Good lock but slightly confusing to reset the alarm. Bought it for a new Honda Dax but am struggling to find a big enough hole in the small discs. But I will find somewhere to fit it!

It's robust and noisy, although a little heavy and it should come with a carry pouch. However I think it was good value for the money.

Very easy to fit, loud alarm which would probably scare off a would be thief in a busy area. Small enough to fit under the seat for transport. Seems robust enough.

A good, solid, and weighty quality product. It won't stop a determined thief, but it's certainly a positive, visible deterrent to the casual scrote!

Compact, easy to use, loud alarm

Purchased for obvious reasons - fits around the front disc of my Trident 660 with no issue. Very obvious to any would-be thieves if you get the yellow lock.

I can 100% confirm the alarm is loud enough to wake the dead after accidentally triggering it myself. Simple to arm/disarm. Not sure about battery life as I’ve not had to charge it yet (2 weeks daily use). Comes with small charging cable.
