Hi SBS, Can I just ask what the actual depth of the Jaw is on the larger 10mm Mammoth lock is, as it looks quite long and I need 6.7cm to clear the Disc from the back of the Jaw to the start of the pin on our Honda.

Cheap and cheerful

I've been using the lock for two weeks. It is small, a bit fiddly, looks cheap and the little cover flap has fallen off. So far it does the job, but I will be looking for something stronger/tougher

A cheap and cheerful disk lock. I've been using this for nearly 10 months now and it does what it should. It's a bright deterrent that secures your bike via the front disk. I pair it with a cable to the front brake lever to remind me to take it off. For the price it is fine. The flap fell off as soon as I used it and the lock itself is very notchy, it can take a few goes to get the key in, and sometimes a few tries to get the mechanism to engage when putting it on the disk. I'm not expecting it to last more than a year or two but at this price wouldn't expect more.

Very good deterrent

it is very brightly coloured making it a very good visual deterrent, though it wont stop your bike from being stolen it will slow them down. that said It goes without saying that if they want the bike they will take it. it is small and will easily fit under any seat. only down side is, it doesn't come with a reminder.

also don't let the picture mislead you, your'e only buying 1 lock NOT 2, if you want 2 order it twice.

You get what you pay for. Small and compact, but the black key hole cover is very cheap, doesn't seal so clearly wouldn't keep any moisture out. The gap is large enough to go over the disc brake of course, but it's so loose it is flappy. It honestly feels like it is going to seize from one winters use so I'm trying to avoid using in the rain.

Strong and fits in chest pocket

Peace of mind for a price you can't argue with. Easy to use and the perfect size and weight to fit in the chest pocket of my jacket. Nice and bright colour makes it an obvious deterrent. Highly recommend!

Good deterent for the price

Fitted easily to my YBR125 unlike another I had to send back that was too big to go through the disk.(my fault for not checking)
Reassuringly sturdy and brightly coloured visual theft deterent for when out and about.
Pouch useful to attach to the bike to avoid keeping it in a jacket pocket (never liked doing this as it feels like it would add to injury in the event of an off)
Cheap and does what it says on the tin.
Get a reminder cable (this doesn't come with one) as you will forget it's on there sometimes.
