I have used these in the past and have always found them comfortable. and they fit well. Size wise small fits small & medium size jackets They can be a bit fiddly to fit in some jackets. I bought this set to fit the Alpine stars T SPX super air
The only reason I have not given the 5 stars is it would have been nice if they were slightly lighter & more flexible. Hopefully I ll never need to find out how effective they are

I think all alpinestars jackets should come with these as standard but definitely worth the money for the peace of mind. Fits very well in the pockets and feels supportive without being too rigid

Size L fits GP Force Airflow Jacket in size 42

It wasn't obvious that the Alpinestars GP Force Airflow Jacket accepts these chest protectors. The pockets are well hidden!
Access is via the inside zip at the bottom of the jacket, this allows you to reach up inside and feel your way to the chest protector pockets.
The size L chest protectors fit the jacket in size 42.
They're slim, so add minimal bulk to the jacket overall, and seem like good value for the extra protection they should provide. Hopefully I'll never do a real-world test of their protective capabilities.

After being unable to purchase RST chest protectors for my RST leather & textile jackets due to them being discontinued I’ve found the smaller size of these alpinestars chest protectors fit in the designated front pockets with just the tops sticking out,at least I now have some decent protection
