It wasn't obvious that the Alpinestars GP Force Airflow Jacket accepts these chest protectors. The pockets are well hidden!
Access is via the inside zip at the bottom of the jacket, this allows you to reach up inside and feel your way to the chest protector pockets.
The size L chest protectors fit the jacket in size 42.
They're slim, so add minimal bulk to the jacket overall, and seem like good value for the extra protection they should provide. Hopefully I'll never do a real-world test of their protective capabilities.

Fairly expensive and bulky. The coat now feels heavy. But if they save a broken rib if the worst happens, then it's worth it.

After being unable to purchase RST chest protectors for my RST leather & textile jackets due to them being discontinued I’ve found the smaller size of these alpinestars chest protectors fit in the designated front pockets with just the tops sticking out,at least I now have some decent protection
