Oxford Route 73 2.0 Leather Jacket - Black

This is my first Oxford jacket and I am really impressed! It looks and feels superb and is true to size (I am 48" chest and size 3XL is a perfect fit) with enough room to wear my forcefield back protector. All in all really happy.

This is a great jacket, quality leather, cut and fit. Good sized and positioned pockets and a great feel to this item. Adjustable cuffs would be a good enhancement.

Great quality and value for money. I added the Oxford back protection which fits perfectly in the pocket provided. Did have to go one size up as a little snug around the middle!

Great jacket, really love the style. The fit is spot on, armor is in the right places and really comfy. Good length on the arms meaning no gaps between my sleeves and gloves. Pockets are generous and fit my phone and wallet easily. Bought with oxford back protector which fits in nicely and is comfy to wear. Excellent service as always.

Really high quality jacket in the classic style but with full armour (back plate is extra). Lovely soft leather and a great fit. Sizing is accurate

This is a really great jacket that is suitable for both riding (it has armour, good fastenings and is a snug fit) and also wearing casually off the bike. The leather is soft and quite shiny. I like the retro padded look.

Great price, good quality. Ordered size 46. I'm an XXL and it fitted spot on. Impressed with quality of leather for the price. Returned a more expensive jacket from another brand in favour of the Oxford due to exceptional fit and quality of leather.

Really pleased with this jacket.
I was looking for a retro style jacket with modern features such as armour. This hits all my requirements. Great fit with long sleeves for me.
I'm 6.0" with 32' waist & 42' chest & fits perfectly.
Has a reassuring heaviness to it which makes it feel sturdy & will last for years.
3 good inside pockets (one with zip & 3 outside which are very handy for wallet phone etc.
the lining feels of good quality which shouldn't loose the bottom out of the pockets as other cheaper jackets have in the past.

Having had previous good experiences with Oxford clothing, when looking for a leather jacket I started with the Oxford Route 73.

The jacket was nearly £100 pound off the regular price which was a bonus.

I'm 6ft 1" with 42" chest and the large size fitted well. Quality is great and the leather seems very good quality. Very pleased.

Excellent fit, very good detailing. Cut is properly done to take into account the armour in the shoulders and elbows, unlike some other jackets where you can feel them like an addition. Only niggles: it did not come with a spine armour but default, that was an extra purchase.

I had a leather jacket when I started riding back in '78. It was like a second skin but was gradually replaced by more practical pvc/textile products. Now I have a new jacket which brings back memories of those early times. This jacket is broadly similar to my original in design and can truly be classed as a retro. It's heavier than my old jacket, reflecting the quality of construction. It's a pleasure to wear on and off the bike!

Delighted with this jacket which is just what I was looking for. The leather is supple without being too soft, the fit is just right and I would think it would be fine to wear in all but the coldest weather (I have only worn it in summer and it was cool enough). The description doesn't tell you that it has plenty of pockets - hand-warmers and chest pocket on the outside and two inside pockets. The diamond stitching may not be to everyone's taste but the whole jacket is well made and great value. You'd just need to add a back protector, but Oxford's own are cost-effective and fit straight into the pocket inside the jacket. Usual good value from Sportsbikeshop of course.
