Very good product, comfortable, excellent fit and ventilation

Over the past five years I’ve been wearing textile check shirts with shoulder and elbow pads. These are great unless it rains.
The waterproof lining of my new Oxford jacket answers this problem, and my friends on my last moped meet say I look good from behind lol.

Felt it looks better than the picture says. Great fit, well ventilated, got caught in a thunderstorm, stayed dry, very surprised by how well it did.

The Dakar jacket fits well and is well made. Quality is excellent at this price point, it's very comfortable and lightweight. I am very happy with this purchase and the first class service and speed of delivery from sportsbikeshop.

Would recommend this if heat is an issue, though I haven’t used the waterproof liner.

The Oxford Dakar Dry2Dry jacket is very stylish and well made. As advertised it lets air flow across your body and is cool to wear while providing good protection. The quality is excellent. Watch out for the sizing. They are neat fitting.

Well, not usually my style, but a planned trip to Portugal and Spain means that I must accept that heavy waxed jackets or trad leather may not be appropriate. So.. in the interest of comfort, and safety, through avoiding heat stroke I decided to go 'full on' power ranger with this jacket. Well, the colours are more subdued than I feared, the finish exceptional and comfort...magnificent. Why do people buy the expensive stuff? This, coupled with the exceptional returns policy of SportsBikeShop make this jacket a total and utter no brainer at full cost. I was lucky, and got in on a special offer.

Purchased for summer riding the Dakar looks good and is lightweight and airy. It’s made to the usual good Oxford quality and fits well with other Oxford style trousers. Due to the lightweight feel I purchased the optional back protector for extra confidence and comfort.

The jackets fits really well, not bulky and feels really well made.

I've not worn it yet as I bought it whilst it was on offer and in preparation for better days. So all I can say for now is that it fits well and seems well made. Here's hoping for a good summer!

Great jacket, good quality, accurate size and fitting. Used on a trip to the Canary Islands in September and worked a treat. Protective and vented.
