Do what they say on the tin, or rather plastic bag. They plug ears, work for under Helmets or for wives when you have been out on the bike too long!!!

Have tried many earplugs over the years including several expensive types. These Bike It earplugs have been my go to option for the last few years - effective, comfortable and inexpensive. What’s not to like?

Nice and cheap ear plugs that work. Nothing flashy but I find they work as well as some a lot more expensive plugs with filter gadgets in them that I've bought in the past.
I keep a few packets in a pocket of my jackets as I always forget ear plugs! If you lose them it's not a problem as they are so cheap. Last for a few uses before I replace them.

Not only is it super value, I cant hear the noise on the track but best of all I sleep like a baby with them in even when the wife is in full snoring mode zzzzzzzz

Great value. Moistened a little and they fit perfectly in the ear. Cancel out wind noise really well. Can even be used at home to cancel out wife and kids. ; )

These are ok for me for about 2hrs max then they really start to hurt... they're quite big which leaves a part pushing against the helmet

Work well and can easily be used several times. Very good noise cancelling.
They are quite high expanding and I found them a little uncomfortable after several hours on a recent long trip to the Alps.

I bought these to do a tour of the north of Scotland, the trip was over 1000 miles in total. These ear plugs did a great job. Make sure you add moisture to them before inserting as this helps them fit in without crushing up into a ball.
