Every time you put your hand in a glove, it should be passing the CE label that shows it's been tested as protective kit. We'll show you how to understand what it's telling you...
These glasses work really well they take there time to get warm and on the highest after a while you have to turn them down, the switch on the glove is a bit fiddly best do it when you're stopped and the back light is had to see,but even when you unplug them and use them again they stay on the last setting big thumbs up
I've taken to long pondering over buying these gloves and now I have I am delighted.
I've just got back from a very cold trip to France and they were so good. Completely waterproof thru some nasty weather and so well insulated I only turned heat on below 6deg. Even then I used the lowest setting and the mid setting as a little treat. You wil only need top setting in real extremes. I was worried about them being slightly bulky but got used to them very quickly. Battery life is good for average journeys but I hardwired them into the bike for my trip. A superb product that does just what is says on the box.
Been humming and ahhing about buying a pair of heated gloves for a while now, a good friend of mine bought the latest keis G701 recently and purchased them after reading reviews, but after buying and wearing them was disappointed about how they get, or rather didn't, mildly warm at best, so wanted to get a different brand, saw these on offer at £176 from £220, found the name inferno appealing, especially upon learning the hottest setting is locked as standard, and you have to unlock it, and coming with disclaimers doing so, so thought they must get hot! And rightly so, testing them out at home, the hottest setting was unbearable and burning the back of my hands after a few minutes, my partner tried them on and she said the same, since she rides and suffers with Raynauds, I bought her a pair of the three finger lobster looking gloves by keis the same day for an Xmas present, decided to take her keis gloves back for an exchange, and got the women's inferno gloves instead as she was that impressed with the comfort and warmth of them! Had a ride out with them last week in a chilly 3°c temps with light winds, had them mainly on the middle setting and my hands were lovely and warm, that warm I didn't switch on my heading grips all day! The final 16 mile ride home I put them on the highest setting, and could certainly feel the warmth on my hands, possibly starting to get a bit uncomfortable by the time I got home despite the 3° air temp which will probably be lower if including wind chill etc, good thing with these gloves also is you can plug them directly into the bike for longer rides, or buy the optional battery packs, which I also did, so plenty of options for keeping your hands warm, highly recommend and no regrets to date.
