Give your fingers a treat with the right pair of winter gloves...
Customers generally express satisfaction with Keis gloves, praising their warmth, comfort, and quality. Some find the gloves thick initially, but getting used to them is quick. The gloves heat the back of hands effectively, an improvement over heated grips, and fit well if sized correctly. A few customers mentioned difficulties with battery availability and wiring, but appreciate the gloves' convenience with a jacket connection. Overall, the gloves are deemed a valuable investment for winter riding, especially for those with circulatory issues.
I brought these before it gets too cold and they go out of stock. Always had a size 9 and continued with that size and they fit perfectly. They feel a little stiff but I'm confident they will soften with wear.
They warm up very quickly with there 3 settings. Time will tell how they fair on a cold ride in the depths of winter.
They seem to be very well made and of good quality.
I'm in-between sizes so went to the Leeds shop to get the correct size. Brilliant, helpful staff sorted me out. Gloves are a faff to get on at the moment, only due to lack of practice. Nice and warm without being overly so. Easy to use buttons to control the 3 levels of heat. I get a slight rubbing on a couple of fingers but I think that will settle down with use. I'm an instructor so these will get a lot of use in the winter.
These do what they say on the tin but they are very thick, takes a while to get used to them. I had to bend them in various different directions (for about an hour!) to soften them up if I had any chance of feeling the handlebars!
One one con I can see and is the scaphoid protection. Because of where it is on the gloves it means your hands are not completely in contact with the handlebars, so it can feel very odd at first. It also means that if you suffer from thumb arthritis (as I do) it will be quite painful as your hand is at an odd angle, meaning you have to keep squeezing hour hand to stop it hurting!
If you ride all year round you need some of these!
Warm, comfortable, practical. It takes a bit of practice to remember to plug in before you put your gloves on. But it quickly becomes routine.
The heated grips on my bike are great, but these go that bit further keeping the backs of your hands warm even on long rides.
I love these gloves. Firstly they look good, even though they are thick. They're very comfortable and warm enough without switching them on. But once connected to my ultra flex jacket, they are very toasty. Not cheap but worth every penny.
Powered either by batteries or 12 volt lead from bike. Slightly thicker than ordinary gloves but switches on bike operable. Definately warmer than heated grips.
Usually a small in a ladies glove, but an XXS in these. Took back the first pair as I put them on hottest setting and the blistered my fingers. As usual, customer service was great. So, they definitely work to keep your outer hand warm, but the heat doesn t run up the palm., not that it s needed. I bought another cable to work with my optimate lead for both bikes. Don t particularly like that the lead runs to the outside of the glove as that s a pain for the cable running down your sleeve then it has to come out the bottom and to the outside which feels like a bad design v my old gerbings. Touch screen is aLeon s challenge and they are bulky. Overall, they are really hot and I m pleased with them.because they keep reynauds at bay.
Having problem trying to get battery for these gloves as seems they are out of stock.. not really looking to wire up to bike due to taking DAS and cant see them allowing me to connect to there bike battery lol
gloves feel a little bulky and i have a job getting them over the jacket sleeves but I improvised as my hands are small so cant buy medium gloves, but all in all these gloves do look quality. only time will tell
Very comfy and warm, not too thick to be able to feel clutch and pick things up.
Bought these as suffer with circulatatory problems in fingers (raynards) and these allow my hands to be warm enough.
Abit disappointed that they dont have the battery packs until autumn, but you can order the batteries from manufacturers website.
Comfort is 10/10, heat without batteries at 6°c is 9/10. With batteries they're 11/10 ?
Best product ever. Feels premium and it is. Very comfortable and easy to use. Can operate switches no problem. I wish it can be used with one button pressing to activate heating - it will be much easier to change heating settings when riding
Quality glove
Over the years I've tried all sorts of gloves and I've finally found gloves that keep my fingers warm. Heated grips are great but warm only my palms.
Good quality, good fit, waterproof and on the medium setting the batteries last 3 to 4 hours - I'm not interested in wiring them into the bikes loom.
Wasn't sure whether I'd be medium or large but SBS got both so no problem choosing.
Tried these and a pair of Furygan gloves. Preferred the Keis. Had to hardwire to the bike because sbs had no batteries and didn't know they could get them. Once I got used to the wires down my sleeves, and the rig up. I didn't look back. Great quality. Very happy with them. Ordered two batteries direct from the Keis website on the Saturday, they arrived the following tuesday. I'm now a Keis fan.
After much research I decided to make my choice and purchase the Keis G901 gloves. They are very good quality well made and are less bulky than expected good feel. The setup is easy, I have them directly fitted to the bikes battery. In use it is easy to make temp adjustments, the comfort these glove offer is well worth the cost. The warmest setting is usable for getting the gloves up to temp then switching down to med or low. The gloves have very good heat retention and so very comfortable on my old hands. I am very pleased with the Keis gloves. Also once again the best service from Sportbikeshop
Great gloves and using them mainly on low to medium setting as combined with hand guards and bar muffs over the top as I'm riding at minus to 5c temps. Really heat the back of your hands and fingers. Good quality and snug fit. come with lead to connect to bike battery but I'm using the cuff batteries. Great service from Adam at Sportsbikeshop Glasgow.
Already have heated grips so took bit to justify buying the gloves, worth every penny, no more cold fingertips. Gloves not bulky and easy turn on and change temp whilst on the bike. Go very well with the keis extreme jacket. Winter riding just became even more enjoyable.
Fine pair of gloves. Fit was as per size guide. Used in 9C and fingers stayed warm even on low setting and I SUFFER from cold hands. Only gripe, and it's early days, is the hard connection to the battery. Running the Y-cable thro' my jacket is awkward. I'm investigating ways to run the cable externally but it seems to me that the gloves are best suited to be coupled with a heated jacket. More expense hence only 4 stars.
Arrived promptly, very impressed with the quality &fit. Tested and gloves heated up quickly. Would highly recommend. Have subsequently purchased more Keis kit!
