Every time you put your hand in a glove, it should be passing the CE label that shows it's been tested as protective kit. We'll show you how to understand what it's telling you...
I've spent some time whether to go for a battery power or cables and have chosen battery powered ones to spare myself from cables. I was in between Rev'it Liberty and Furygan Heat X Kevlar. Furygan had long lead-in so I went for Rev'it.
Frankly speaking, you need to set the expectations right for these. These gloves makes you feel less cold at 2-5 degrees and keeps you warm at 6 degrees and above. I would never call these toasty, but I am happy that my fingers are not freezing anymore and I'm not distracted by cold fingers during cold morning rides. They are well made with quality materials. I'm using them along with heated grips on. Happy with my purchase.
First off let me say sportsbikeshop have been great. I bought these gloves several Months ago but only started wearing them when it got cold. From the first day they didn't work right. Sometimes they would work fine. The next day it would take me five minutes because one or the other glove would not switch on. Change batteries from one glove to the other would sometimes work. I took them back (no quibble whatsoever) they sent them off to revitt unfortunately it was the coldest time of the year but within a week I was informed that they were indeed faulty and I could either have a replacement or money back. I like the fit of the gloves so took a replacement. Which work better but my fingers are not warmed at all so after this winter I will be taking them back and swapping for another make.
Excellent product with a fair battery life if on low or medium.
Brought these heated gloves and they are fantastic. Used with heated grips hands are luverly and warm in this weather we are having at the moment.
Does the job when you need them most in -1 conditions + wind chill.
Premium feel gloves. Every bit of the glove and packaging feels premium. I like micro USB charging.
They cut very snug for me however. I like more roomie gloves. They are perfect for city cruising. Not enough heat to block highway wind chill though. Even at around 5 deg outside.
They work fine with heated grips combined at lower speeds (50 mph and below).
Sadly sent them back as there was not enough room inside for my hands. Not enough heat for highway commute. Also didn't feel heat at the thumb.
These gloves work very well on the lowest setting in the morning after 10 minutes on the radiator. They stay toasty in sub zero temperatures for a 40 minute ride. Without a radiator to get them warm, I use the max heat setting. Switching them on is a faff, though - the button on the battery is a bit temperamental, and If you are patient they fire up. Out of the box, one of the batteries didn't fully charge and Sportsbikeshop sent a replacement next day - great aftersales service.
The quality and feel of the gloves, both the lining and ride feedback is excellent. They are not at all bulky, and are my go to winter riding gloves. One very happy customer
