Alpinestars GP Plus R V4 Airflow Leather Jacket - Black / Red Fluo / White

Just got the Alpinestars GP Plus V4 jacket and first impressions are really good.
First thing I noticed is the leather — the quality is top notch and it feels way lighter than my old BKS leather jacket. Makes a difference on longer rides, you don’t feel as weighed down.
The fit is proper race style. No bulk at all when you’re on the bike, everything feels streamlined. I tried a 42 first, which was snug but still comfortable. The issue came when I put in a chest and back protector — there was basically no room left for even a thin inner layer. Since the jacket is ventilated and doesn’t come with a warm liner, I ended up going for a 44, which works much better if you want to layer underneath.
It zips straight onto my Missile leather trousers, which is great for keeping everything secure. The stretch panels under the arms and on the sides are really good too — you can move freely and it doesn’t feel restrictive at all.
Fit-wise, I’ve got a short torso and longer legs, and the jacket length is actually perfect on me, which doesn’t happen often.
Overall, very satisfied so far. Feels like a proper performance jacket — light, well made, and built for riding, not just looks. Would definitely recommend if you’re after a sporty leather jacket
