The most undervalued upgrade one can do to his bik

My only regret is that I hadn't used heated grips for years. You cannot appreciate it unless you try it. Easy to fit. Took me 40 minutes in the dark. Max heating setting is way too hot. 50 percent is what I mostly use.

Awesome as always!

Awesome as always! My go to seller for most motorcycle accessories. Brilliant price, brilliant service etc. The heated grips aren't bad either. I find these to be better than the newer model with ( 9 modes I think? ) more heat settings. I've fitted these to every bike I've owned, and wouldn't go with any other make.

Great Product!

My second set of these grips from SBS. A well-made, reliable product that works well. Used them on a chilly July(!) ride across the Staffordshire last week and they helped to keep my hands toastie warm. Check your existing grips before you buy/fit as they do come in various lengths and diameters, but get that right and there should be no issues. And with the SBS back-up you can't go wrong!

The standard by which others are measured

Bought to replace the ones I had fitted to my GSX-S1000 from new, which after three and a half years (and nearly 30,000 miles in all weathers) were a bit worn; also the right-hand grip had developed a crack. Haven't fitted them yet, as I'm trying to get through a British summer without them, but I know from experience that these are the only grips I have used that can be relied on to keep your hands useable in various temperatures right down to zero. The sport grips on these replacement ones I have just bought, feel better in the hand than the touring version I had fitted previously, which were great but had a thicker feel.

  • Hello. I have a Honda Cb650f from 2017. will these fit on this model? Thanks

    February 19, 2020

The Sports or the Touring grips should be fine. The end of the grips may need trimming to fit - the maximum uncut and cut lengths are shown on each item. If you can measure the grips that are already fitted, the ones to purchase are the grips that require the least trimming to fit.

  • Recently bought a Honda Hornet 600 (2006 naked) could you please advise if these would fit my motorbike? Thank you

    April 1, 2019

    March 26, 2019

The Sports grips have a different grip pattern and length to the Touring grips. The end of the grips may need trimming to fit - the maximum uncut and cut lengths are shown on each item. If you can measure the grips that are already fitted, the ones to purchase are the grips that require the least trimming to fit.

  • Hi, I have a er6f 2015. will these fit on this model? Thanks

    February 5, 2019

  • Good day. I have a Kawasaki Vulcan S 650 2018 I was told that my bike has 1 inch dia bars is there away you could confirm this and tell me the best one's for my bike please, there are so many numbers I am not sure which ones to choose from. Thank you for any help you can be.

    January 15, 2019

As far as we are aware, the bars are 22mm diameter, but we would recommend checking this with your Kawasaki dealer. If they do measure 1 inch, the only Oxford grips that would fit will be the Cruiser grips.

    October 29, 2018

The grips should not drain the battery when the engine is running, unless there is a fault with your motorcycle's charging system. If the grips are left on when the ignition is turned off, the controller will sense a drop in the bikes battery voltage, and turn the grips off.
