Gore-Tex not keeping out water? There's a different procedure to getting it sorted, and here's an explainer...
Really great gloves
Just wear them for an hour or so before you first ride because they can be a bit stiff.
I've used these a couple of times on cold days. When used with my heated grips they have been warm enough, and the control of the bike is still fine. I haven't tried them out in the rain yet, or the summer mode.
I have had real issues with keeping my hands warm, I haven't bothered getting heated grips.
I really like these gloves, they are quite bulky, so it took a few minutes of getting used to my bike controls, but it's a short sharp learning curve. They look and feel really good quality.
My hands have been beautifully warm. I really like the fact I have 'dual' configurations, with hand fully immersed in the fleece, or having it sit on the back of your hands (so heated grips are more effective). I think this would mean that the gloves will be comfortable in spring and Autumn, without being too hot.
I'm totally happy with my purchase.
I bought a pair of these gloves 2 years ago. My brother borrowed them for a weeks riding in April and loved them so much he bought his own pair..
Brilliant for winter riding, waterproof (gore-tex) and warm in the most extreme condition. They are a dual lining so can be worn in the "grip lining" for more feel when spirited riding is called for..
They do not replace summer gloves however for all but the warmest of days these gloves are brilliant..
They are also good quality in material and finish.
Would I recommend? Guess... and obviously so does my brother..
Brilliant for both three seasons and three reasons.. :-)
