Second time of using a Scotoiler. Simple to install and effective. I do long distance travelling so this takes one maintenance task away plus the it’s good for the chain and sprockets. Like the Bluetooth option for setting up although I think I’d rather keep things simpler with a dial option on the oil reservoir. It’s not something you’re going to change that often once set up. But very happy with the purchase.
Very Good. It was very easy to set up, simple to use and works really well. Riding and working in the winter, the last thing you want to do is clean and lube the chain every week in a cold garage and especially when it is raining. This does away with this other than the infrequent cleaning, so more time for your self without worrying about maintenance of the bike. The main negative is that it is very pricey, however in the long run it will pay for it's self, methinks.
Routing the feeder pipe and finding a location for the reservoir was a faff (Tiger 660). But now fitted it works well and hopefully will get the best from the chain.
Always had a scottoiler on my old bikes so it was a no brainier to purchase a up to date one that works off app had it installed why bike was serviced and connected to app later and works great
