Solid chunk of metal. Fairly easy to fit, best tip is to locate the rawl bolts through the four holes in the anchor and then fit into the holes in garage floor.

Not much to say about a ground anchor but seems solid enough for scum bag thieves to target the chain instead.
Good installation instructions, easy to install just need a big drill with a 16mm masonry bit and a hammer.
