Macna Progress 2.0 RTX DL Heated Gloves - Black

My experience:

- Initial impression was great, the packaging etc impressed me, but it's here where it ends..
- They are NOT waterproof as advertised. In normal rain, both my hands were soaked after 20 minutss and then the gloves turn themselves off to protect themselves from presumably shorting themselves, leaving you with cold hands.
- My left glove failed after a few rides and stopped turning on, not a battery issue as swapped the battery with the other gloves and still no joy. I have sent the gloves back for warranty as there is a loose connection inside the glove.
- The finish on the button wore off easily
- The touchscreen tips as advertised don't actually work very well.
- The batteries last 90 minutes max on highest setting. (I got the premium battery kit with triple lithium pouches as well!)
- The App is faffy, and if you don't connect the gloves to it via Bluetooth on your phone, there's a constant light flashing on both gloves to remind you to.
- The battery indicators are silly, a fully charged battery and the indicator starts flashing 1 bar gone even after 5 minutes.
- They are more bulky than my old Gerbings

Sportsbikeshop have been excellent as usual, I'm hoping to get a refund and purchase something else

These are a winter game changer, expensive purchase but you defo get what you pay for, quality is first class & the warmth they generate is spectacular, no more numb fingers for me, highly recommended if you have the budget

Had these gloves over a month now, excellent for warmth and waterproof, this is my second pair. I used these every day Ias I ride to work all year. These gloves never leak water and this pair so far I have on a lower settings
