ACF-50 Anti Corrosion Lubricant 13oz / 370ml Aerosol

I've used ACF50 for years, the trick is getting on a fine layer that's not too runny and wasteful and requires less wiping down. Having a new bike to prep I wanted a fine atomised spray for hard to reach bits: the back of the engine and wheels for example. This would mean less of the normal gloopy heavy oil layer that's otherwise deposited into awkward places by a hand pump spray and less work wiping it down Sadly this aerosol still shoots a fair amount of the gloopy oil in a jet. It is not the mist coat you might expect. That said, after a wipe down with a microfibre cloth, where you can get it in, it does look good. So still useful, it is much easier to get the oil into those hard to reach places, but is not what you might expect. Still well worth having.

Perfect product however do be aware if this is not fully dry it find a way to drip over all the bike when in motion

It's not cheap, but you only require a bit as it goes a long way. Great way to keep fasteners from rusting and easy to apply (if used on the engine just be aware it'll smoke off when the bike is running).

Works, but the aerosol sprays more than you really need. It doesn’t last as long as you might think though, and doesn’t need more than one application if you are using your bike regularly throughout the year.

Fantastic stuff. Spray this on bolts on your motorbike or anything like that. An watch the rust go in a few hours. Only downside its grabs the dirts as it spray is quite thick so be wary

Easy to apply, I have used this product for several years on cars bikes and scooters it protects from road salt corrosion. Keep it at room temperature if you intend to use it during cold weather. Apply it in autumn and spring for year round protection.Can be used on any surface, I put cling film around brake discs to avoid any contact and spray onto a rag for controlled application.

Have been using this through the winter to protect my bike and have had no corrosion problems like in the past,

Been using ACF 50 for 5 years and it is outstanding for keeping my bikes looking new and in pristine condition. However, this spray version was not so good - it just refused to come out the can at any usable rate, even after warming up. I still highly recommend the product - just not in an aerosol can.
