I'm no bike technician so when I see products like this, it's great. The unit auto senses which type of battery it is comected m, runs the diagnostics and engages the solutions to the problem, automatically.. Cables included in the box. A no brainer purchase. Recommend.

Always used an Oxford Oximiser in the past (probably 25 years old now) but bought a new (to me) bike in May this year and decided it was time for an update. The guy I bought the bike from recommended the Optimate and, after looking at a few online reviews, shopped around and got a good Black Friday price from Sportsbikeshop. Have to say, I'm very impressed so far. It's a little complicated to look at but this is mainly because of the ability to be used with different battery technologies and bike types (Canbus) etc. The instructions are clear and, once you determine which program you need, it couldn't be easier to use. Been on the bike for a couple of weeks now and seems to be working great. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to safely store their bike for the winter.

When a RING battery conditioner failed and allowed a battery to become seriously discharged, this device has almost completely saved the battery. A little less than full power but serviceable for the foreseeable future. Looking forward to relying on it for years to come.

Absolutely zero fuss or hassle to use. Display is logical and really can't fault any of the optimate stuff. Excellent chargers and value for money. /like that it comes with a hook on the body so you can hang the charger above the bike

This is so easy to use and hardly needs an instruction booklet it is so simple. The push of the button selects between standard acid/gel type batteries and LI ion batteries and then a canbus setting specifically helpful when using on my BMW.
Quality made and works perfectly And if it lasts as long as my other Optimate optimisers have I’ll be very happy

So far so good, a bit slow in initial check, but once left on for a bit, it gives the expected readings, this may be because of the lithium battery and setting.

Well after having my previous Optimate 4 that lasted over 12 years when it fail thought I see what was about, wasn't really much of a choice when you come to slowly charging you batteries. The new 4 Quad, it covers Std Lead Acid, AGM-MF/Gel and LFP, so no need for different charger make life easier, with easy to understand lights as to the state of your battery,,.
Out of my three batteries that looked dead only one failed to be recovered which more than save the cost of the Optimate 4 Quad

I needed a charger after my bike and car were standing for 3 months.
I read reviews before I made my purchase, a lot of comments were made about the instructions; I did manage to figure it out but it wasn't as easy as I would have liked.
The Optimate told me that both of my batteries needed replacing, but it did charge them enough that I could get both vehicles running in the meantime.
