Monimoto 9 Tracker

While away on tour I’d like to be alerted if my bike is on the move without me knowing immediately. The Monimoto 9 alerted me by voice call over phone with follow up message location immediately when I simply moved the bike less than 10 feet. Small size so easy to fit somewhere other than the obvious (not under the seat), and doesn’t require battery connections. Why pay £10k+ for a bike and not protect your pride and joy with this relatively cheap way. No Brainer .. does the job!

So easy to set up only took a couple of minutes. Small and easy to hide on the bike as well.

It's simple and does what it's intended to do. Nothing fancy, the app is very plain. The only downside is its limited installation options, as the top sideshould not touch any metal surface, which is very limiting, especially if you have a naked bike with almost no fairings.

Fits well in between an air tag and a fully monitored tracker.

Nothing at the moment, regular updates by monimoto on battery condition and wheather the tracker is armed.

Bought this as a tracker for an e-bike. Having done the research it seems to be a good entry level tracker so I took the plunge. Free 3D print drawing available on the manufacturer website for a housing for push bikes

Small, very quick easy to install and hide. Checked out and it works well giving speedy notification to my phone if the bike moves. No full time monitoring so cost effective even allowing for the annual SIM card. The customary excellent speedy service from Sportsbikeshop at a good price

Very easy to set up and register via the app. Tried it out before fitting to my bike. Left the tile at home, went out for a walk with the tracker got about 50 meters from home, phone rang informing me of an alert. Brilliant, hardest part was finding a place to hide it on the bike. Discrete no hassle no wires, tracking notification monitor. Fits on anything you care about. No wires for thief's to follow to tracker,, I'd recomed it to everyone along with the Sportsbikeshop, always fast and efficient service and delivery.

I bought the monimoto 9 having seen reviews of how good it was. Quite frankly I was/am disappointed with it. Following the instructions to the letter I could not get my phone to recognise the key fob, after changing the battery and trying for over 1 hour to set up the monimoto 9, I eventually had to go though the app to seek assistance. At first this appeared to work, I received notifications everyday saying "Your Monimoto is Ready". Having not moved my bike for 4 days I decided to move my bike to see what would happen, nothing... So I spent another hour trying to trigger the tracker, which it eventually did. I don't think this is a good system, as alerts seem sporadic if you get them at all, I think I would get better results using AirTags or other tracking systems. So I'm returning the monimoto 9 and would recommend avoiding this tracker if you want piece of mind..

Brilliant, does exactly what it says on the tin, really good value and non expensive subscription though the year !!

Found this easy to install with some double sided tape after finding a secure place on my GSA. Tested it and found it alarmed after just 6ft of movement and that was in my internal garage! Great piece of mind now fitted.

What could be better than having a wireless tracker on your bike, where you can virtually add it anywhere , very discreet light weight, and piece off mind with regular updates. Well worth the money.
