The 45mm JBL speakers have amazing sound quality, loud enough to cover up any wind noise from my helmet. The auto on/off feature is great as I sometimes forget to turn it off and I absolutely love the fact that I can speak to the people I’m riding with and listen to music at the same time.

After owning a Sena headset for the last 5 years, I switched to Cardo as a lot of my riding mates now use Cardo.

I originally considered the edge but bought this pro model since it was Matt black and matched my helmet.

I don t use the crash detection because it requires the Cardo app to have permanent location tracking even when not on the bike.

I d say speaker quality on the 45mm speakers is just as good as my Sena.

After a few rides I had the common radio starting on its own and after a quick google, I found its common for users to disable the hey Cardo radio on command in the app and that has solved the random radio activations despite not actually asking Cardo to turn it on.

I love the air mount and I ve also bought Cardo s new dedicated Shoei gt-air 3 mount and it works perfectly

I think the buttons can be hard to operate sometimes but think I m just so used to the massive button controls on my old Sena srl2 and I m sure after a few more rides I ll get fully used to it.

Overall I m really happy with it

If you want to talk to others or listen to music then I can’t see better on the market.

The sound quality is excellent
easy to setup and how it attaches via the magnets (it can be a little tough to release though)
Not tried the crash detection yet, nor do I want to, so only peace of mind it has this options.

Top quality product better than I thought it would be easy to install works flawlessly . The voice activation works very well battery life is superb along with the sound quality .

Used to love my packtalk bold,but this new model is such an improvement notably the fact you ve no longer to worry about leaving it on by mistake as it switches itself off,considerable improvement on my old JBL speakers and crash detection,plus with a discount of £100 when purchasing with a new lid,fantastic.

These intercom units just work flawlessly and are simple to use. Plenty of runtime between charges and can be charged on the move.
When using in conjunction with mobile it's rare the person the other end can tell your riding a motorcycle. Voice commands are greatly improved from previous models. Just an all-round great device. 5 ?

No issues there with best unit up to date, sound quality and strength is great. I am able to connect with all my mates with different intercoms.

I have been using Cardo for the last 10 years; this is by far the best improvement on the unit. In previous units, if you connected through TFT, the group connection doesn't work, but now it's just perfectly connected. I'm really happy with the unit and recommend it to anyone who would like to upgrade is always perfect on delivery, and you guys are amazing to deal with. Well done SBS.
