This lock is solid and feels very robust! Fits nicely onto the disc and although it isn't tested, and hope it never is, but reckon it would take some work to get through! Got the bright yellow to make it stand out some more and hopefully deter wannabe criminals!

You might want to think about how you want to carry it, as you wouldn't want to be carrying it in a pocket or a bag
This is a great lock at a great price, it's heavy, will be difficult for the scum thieves with their angle grinders to cut off yet not impossible. A little bit fiddly to fit on your rotor as it will only fit one way and lastly the key and lock are a bit of a fiddly pain as in it can be difficult to find the key hole especially in the dark.
Happy with the lock as it fits the disc well. It's quite a size compared to my previous disc lock and hence, I hope, will be more of a visual deterrent.
Use this with a heavy duty chain attached to garage wall great bit of kit
Just got back into biking after a few years (New bike, New gear, New locks) so going from a standard disc lock to this is a change up for me. So far I like it, it's different feels solid and using the new double locking mechanism.

July 14, 2016The Oxford Monster Disc Lock has a shackle width of 11mm. The distance between the underside of the shackle (U shaped piece)and the top of the lock is approximately 70mm. You will need to measure the fitting area on your disc in order to check that the lock will fit.
Will this product fit the disc on my Sym joyride 125cc scooter?
