The gloves are quite long in the cuff which if you want then underneath the sleeves of your jacket can be a bit of a pfaff, but does seal well. The gloves are also quite stiff. I like that, some may note. Lastly remember these are UNLINED gloves, yes being Gore-Tex also makes them windproof so it helps, but these are not cold wether gloves. Similarly they are not hot weather gloves, that windproofing now plays against you, but for typical spring to autumn days where you're looking for an all in one weather proof solution, these will do the job nicely.

I carefully measured my hand size and compared to the size guide. I was right on the top limit of XL and because I like a looser fit to my gloves, I bought 2xl. Still uncomfortably tight across the knuckles, I suspect because of the flat plate of armour. A knuckle shaped piece would likely have worked far better.
Finger and thumb sizes and lengths all a good fit, just the knuckle area fit disappointing.
