Poorly packaged causing Misha ping of front panel and hard pointed edge, returned for this and usual size too small. Replacement size good but still poor shape to front of the boot

I found the boots VERY hard to get on as I have a high instep. They have stretched a little over a couple of months to become more comfortable.
The soles are very slippery when wet.
The clips close with a reassuring click.
