RST Pro Series Ranger CE Textile Jacket - Digi Green This fits perfectly and is sized correctly. Materials are high quality and it's well stitched together. With the destination coat on, but not the top layer, the temperature on is warm at 10º ambient, I even needed to pop the vents open a bit. Protection is good, with chest pads and back protector as well as the shoulder and elbow pads. Plenty of pockets including hand warmer pockets and a hydration pocket. Digital green visibility is great, with reflective details. However you lose these when you wear the waterproof outer layer, which is odd to me, as when it's raining you want increased visibility. Plenty of adjusters to cinch arms, waist. Had a quite warm day when I wore it without the destination under layer, with vents partially open and it was fine. Yet to be tested when it's actually proper hot though.
Alpinestars T-Jaws V3 Waterproof Textile Jacket - Black Fits a treat, comfy to wear, warm for me even without the thermal layer.
Doesn't have chest protection pockets as the description said, but not a deal breaker for me.
Rev'it Outback 4 H2O Textile Jacket - Green / Anthracite Great for those cold autumnal rides, this jacket has so far done a great job of keeping me warm and dry. Being able to wear the waterproof inner as a jacket in its own right is a massive plus, I can see this being handy on trips when the bike is parked up and exploring on foot without the added bulk of the armour.
RST S1 CE Textile Jacket - Black / Grey / Neon Green This is my 2nd jacket as the zip failed on the 1st. However SPORTSBIKESHOP dealt with it under warranty in their normal efficiency.
Jacket is a snug fit with the armour in the right places. If you want back armour I’d definitely recommend going a size up..
only minor niggle is the size of the pockets v small
Overall a good choice and a decent cost
Oxford Hardwick Jacket - Black Looks really retro with the diamond stitched shoulders, a stylish jacket. Fits true to size with adjustability around the waist. Warm and waterproof enough for autumn riding but not for really wet/coyld conditions. Plenty of zipped pockets.
Oxford Montreal 4.0 Textile Jacket - Black / Grey / Red Got this jacket in a sale for £100. Very impressed, but one thing let it down badly. Nicely made quality jacket. Got caught in a one hour downpour. Completely dry inside. However, the pockets were soaking wet as were my keys including a garage opener. Worried that both the bike key (keyless) and the garage fob were water damaged. Luckily they weren’t.
Such a shame about that one problem given how very good the rest of the jacket is.
Alpinestars SMX Waterproof Textile Jacket - Black / Dark Grey Fits me perfectly and turns out good on wind resistance and water proofing. The neck velcro could be longer as it won't reach around when you are wearing a buff.
Plenty of pockets and the zippers work great.
