Richa Rain Tech Waterproof Boots - Black
Customer Product Reviews
Great Low Cost Boots
Very impressed with these boots. I was a looking for something comfortable without costing the earth. I tried a few different brands at a local store, but found nothing particularly comfortable compared to my AlpineStars low boots. Took a gamble on these online and I am impressed. Good looking, comfortable easy to get on/off. I am normally a 45 so went for a 46 as advised, they don't have much room, but one more size up would be too big. Still waiting to test in the rain.
Waterproof and comfy.
I'm a UK 8.5 usually but the 9 are fine. Room for a warmer sock anyway. The calves are snug, no room for jeans tucked in for me anyway. They're comfy for long rides though. My first ride out was 4 hrs. 3.5 of which it rained, heavy! I can confirm that they are waterproof. Good boot, protection feels good. I'd recommend.
Perfect. Get a size bigger tho
Excellent value for money. Proper water proof. Not sweaty at all. Really well made and not leather which is important for me. However I am a size 9 in footwear. And have been for the last 18 years. Shoes, trainers, football boots always a size 9. I needed a size 10 in these. Sent them back after about 2hours of trying to make them fit me and they sent a new pair out. Get a size bigger
First ride was several hours in heavy rain, right foot was bone dry left foot completely sodden. I can only put it down to some quality control issues. Neither feet were cold. If the boot didn't call itself the rain boot I'd be inclined to give it 4/5, as it is 50% of my feet were wet so 3/5. As previous reviews state, size up. I'm a 42 normally, got a 43 and they're still a touch smaller than I'd like.
Well worth a look - Richa Rain tech boot
Great previous reviews led me to buy a size bigger, smart move, they are a tight fit.. Few weeks wear now and they're starting to fit nicely, waterproof - tick, comfortable - tick, well made and padded - tick. only slight negative is that the zips are still difficult, think I need to get the WD40 out .... But well worth a look folks and oh, almost forgot, swervice and delivery, magnificent ... changed out a lot of gear this winter and Sportsbikeshop are the best !!!
